This position works directly with participants in the Jobs First Employment Services program to prepare them find and secure employment.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to career assessment and guidance, presenting workshops, assessment of education and training needs, information and referrals, coordination of support services, job search skills assessment, job development and placement, employer recruitment/coordination of events, and meeting overall contractual performance goals for Employment Services Programs. This individual must possess high energy and motivation to assist customers/employers in meeting their employment goals/needs.  He/She should be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized, able to multitask, and prioritize projects. 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus three years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills required. Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable and insured transportation. Spanish speaking preferred.

Minimum Salary
