This position is responsible for greeting all One-Stop customers and visitors as well as independently handling any related customer service issues at the American Job Center.  This individual will be responsible for providing One Stop center and partner program information, CTHires registration, direction to appropriate staff/agency/service area, assisting customers and staff with faxing, answer phones and direct calls appropriately, filing, registering for Workshops, coordinating meetings and appointments, conducting One Stop information sessions and ensuring that all front desk operations are carried out in an organized and efficient fashion.


Required Skills

  • Associates Degree and two year related work experience in areas such as customer service and clerical or a H.S Diploma plus four years of related work experience.
  • Strong communication, computer and customer service skills required.
  • Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable and insured transportation.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
