This position is responsible for providing Re-engagement and support services to the American Job Centers customers. This individual must possess high energy and motivation. He/She should be a self-starter who can work independently, be well organized, able to multitask and prioritize projects. Duties include but are not limited workshops presentation, re-engaging customers with case management staff, appointment scheduling, information and referrals, coordination of support services, and overall assistance to customers utilizing the American Job Centers.
- Associates Degree and one year related work experience or a H.S Diploma plus three years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of One Stop services, partners and programs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written. Strong Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet applications skills required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and access to daily, reliable and insured transportation. Spanish speaking preferred.
