I certify that all information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize the investigation of all matters contained in this application and hereby give Stetson University permission to contact schools, current and previous employers, references, and others, and hereby release Stetson University, former employers, and other references from any liability as a result of such contact. I understand that misrepresentations, omissions of facts or incomplete information requested in this application or during the hiring process may remove me from further consideration for employment. In addition, if employed, any misrepresentations or omissions of facts called for in this application or during the hiring process will be cause for dismissal at any time regardless of when discovered without any previous notice.

I understand that neither this document nor any offer of employment from Stetson University constitutes an employment contract unless a specific document to that effect is executed by the University and myself in writing. If offered employment with Stetson University, I understand my employment and compensation can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time. Such termination may be at the option of either Stetson University or me unless the President authorized a specific written contract.
