Terms of Employment: Part-Time Contracted, hours not to exceed 56 over length of contract

Wage: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary:  The Patterns Design Team; Graphic Designer position, is a temporary, contractual employment opportunity that involves producing and designing the annual SC4 Patterns Design publication. Each year, up to three students are selected and are responsible for the publication layout, photography, or illustration. This is a paid, hourly job opportunity.

Responsibilities:  
Designers must be able to:

• adhere to deadlines
• follow art direction
• attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings from December through April
• maintain a time sheet
• work well with others

Supervision Received: Reports to the Professor of Fine Arts

Supervision Given: None

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently enrolled at SC4
• Successful applicants will have experience in photography, layout, and/or illustration
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign preferred
