TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-Time, 52 weeks
CLASSIFICATION: Career Plan
ANNUAL SALARY: $46,000 - $49,000 based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week. Work includes evening and weekend hours as determined by the college.

JOB SUMMARY: Provide services to prospective and current students regarding the application and registration processes, working collaboratively with advising and enrollment staff, guiding students through the processes to ensure successful processing of related items.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide academic advising and educational planning to students related to course needs in alignment with student academic programs.
- Provide information and guidance to prospective and current students within the enrollment and registration processes.
- Meet with students to help navigate the use of Student Planning to create course schedules, monitor degree progress, and register for classes.
- Assist with the completion of the FAFSA, apply for scholarships, and answer general questions about college policies and procedures
- Conduct outreach activities using a variety of channels to expand enrollment and student recruitment.
- Assist with student recruitment and retention efforts as assigned.
- Participate in meetings, committees, and training sessions, as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Executive Director of Safety & Compliance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree required. Willing to consider candidates in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree. One year of related work experience preferred.
