What You’ll Do:

• Keep Operations Moving: Receive and move materials across the facility, ensuring everything gets where it needs to go.
• Stay Organized: Accurately report data, complete inventory transactions, and manage material handling tasks.
• Operate Machinery: Safely handle forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment to keep production on track.

Your Schedule:

• 5-6 Day Workweek: Core hours are Monday to Thursday, 2 PM - 12 AM. Mandatory overtime on Fridays and every other Saturday ensures extra income while still leaving time for rest and personal pursuits.
• Overtime Opportunities: Regular overtime on Fridays and as needed on Saturdays provides a chance to increase your earnings.

Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience with forklift operation and overhead cranes.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus, and experience with ERP systems is a bonus.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on a cement production floor and lifting
• Mechanically Inclined: Perform weight counts, steel weight conversion of materials, read tape measures and efficiently operate all other required measuring devices
