TWS is a repair center of valves, meters, switches, controls, pumps, tools, engines, and other services to the oil and gas industry. We are privileged to serve and deliver innovative, superior products through an exchange reman system for efficiency and cost savings to our customers within the Permian Basin and beyond.


This position is responsible for performing high quality field service, repair work, and shop work in an effort to respond to customers’ needs in a positive, caring and timely manner, and to ensure maximum value for work performed.  Additional responsibilities include managing small to large amount of inventory. Candidate must be a hard worker and get used to continuous manual labor and be able to lift heavy objects, up to 100 pounds. The successful candidate must possess effective people skills as well as technical expertise.


Job Duties


  • Responsible for disassembling and remanufacturing equipment, in a team environment, to be delivered to customers.
  • Self-direct workflow on a regular basis with a limited amount of supervision.
  • Communicate in an effective manner, both written and orally, with customers, and employees in a professional manner in a field service environment.
  • Must be able to wear steel toed boots for 8–12-hour shifts
  • On a regular basis discuss daily challenges of the job with supervisor
  • Perform deliveries/pickups to and from customer and vendor locations.
  • Perform cycle counts and other inventory related job functions.



Position Requirements

  • Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
  • On a regular basis discuss daily challenges of the job with supervisor.
  • Perform duties on an “on call” basis and after hours as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.






  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years related experience and/or training/ or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4yr degree preferred.
  • Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Word Processing software.
  • Background and DMV check required.
  • Initial and random drug screening required.
