SUMMARY:  Provide Technical Analysis and Services for the assessment and documentation of related data for Marine Corps Communications systems.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  The C4ISR SME shall:

• Validation/Verification: The contractor shall draft and review test reports and conduct verification and validation of technical documentation, test and evaluation activities, and all MIs developed to support PM CS equipment.
• Support Equipment Management: The contractor shall provide routine maintenance and inventory management for all supported equipment employed at MCTSSA.
• Firmware Testing: The contractor shall conduct testing on proposed firmware upgrades and firmware characterization of all supported equipment.
• Equipment Analysis and Troubleshooting: The contractor shall conduct analysis and troubleshooting testing for supported equipment.

Required Skills:

Desired:

• Proficient in the use of standardized USMC Ground Communications systems support and test equipment

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of technical analysis experience, preferably in a MCSC program office, and familiarity with Marine Corps communications systems.

OR

• 10 Years experience using and supporting Marine Corps Communications systems

Desired:

• Experience with installation, diagnosis, repair, adjustment, modification, and calibration of electronic equipment and systems used by Marine Corps ground forces.
