DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Requirements Analyst III provides on-site support to Capabilities Integration Officers at Combat Development and Integration Responsibilities include:
- Document Marine Corps materiel requirements.
- Act as the conduit between the Fleet and Marine Corps Systems Command customers to develop and field new and existing capabilities.
- Draft all appropriate documentation for Government review and approval.
- Support the validation and modification of system AAOs.
- Draft Program Objective Memorandum efforts for customer review and approval.
- Support POM budget development
- In conjunction with both the CIO and MCSC, support the review of program budget exhibits.
- Identify capability gaps and potential materiel solutions to ensure FMF needs are met.

- Experience applying analysis to develop documentation in support of materiel solutions and budgets
- Ability to work in a face paced environment.

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment to cohesively meet the needs of the customer.
- Ability to use TFSMS.

Required Experience
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years’ experience supporting the DoD mission through requirements or acquisition analysis, or 10+ years' experience.
Desired:
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Marine Corps CD&I.
