Technical Solutions Engineer

Rival is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to design, develop and support robust technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. Leveraging deep expertise in APIs, C#, and front-end technologies, this role ensures seamless data integration and user-friendly experiences. This position plays a critical role in automating workflows using Azure Logic Apps, troubleshooting technical challenges, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions. Guided by Rival’s core values, this individual is expected to demonstrate strong business judgment, technical acumen, and a proactive, results-driven approach to enhance overall customer experience and support company growth.

Your contributions to Rival will include:

• Automating workflows using Azure Logic Apps, troubleshooting technical challenges and developing efficient, effective and scalable technical solutions for Rival customers.
• Leveraging in-depth knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs to design, implement, and troubleshoot robust solutions.
• Working seamlessly with XML and JSON data formats to ensure efficient data exchange.
• Utilizing Javascript, CSS, and HTML to contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces and enhance overall user experiences.
• Applying expertise with Azure Logic Apps to streamline and automate integration processes.
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of implemented solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and contribute to the development of comprehensive solutions.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ related experience in a technical solution engineering role, with a focus on and in-depth knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps is highly preferred.
• Proficient in C# programming language.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for front-end development.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Solid understanding of XML and JSON data formats.
