A place to make a difference:
In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work as part of our Fundraising team based in Melbourne, with flexibility to work remotely. The Digital Fundraising Coordinator plays an important role in delivering our vision of a better world for children. By supporting digital fundraising campaigns, leading the delivery of community fundraising initiatives and strengthening workplace giving, you’ll help grow income and supporter engagement to improve outcomes for children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
· Supporting the delivery and optimisation of digital fundraising campaigns
· Leading on the delivery of community fundraising initiatives including Christmas campaigns, fitness events and gifts in memory and celebration opportunities
· Building and maintaining online fundraising pages and campaign websites, including during emergencies
· Stewarding community fundraisers and workplace giving partners to deliver an excellent supporter experience
· Support with administration, reporting and data analysis across digital and third-party platforms
· Coordinating activity, content and campaign calendars with internal teams and external partners

This role requires:
· At least 12 months’ experience in fundraising, digital marketing, donor stewardship or a membership-based environment
· Experience using third-party advertising and/or fundraising platforms
· Experience using Canva or other content creation software
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
· Ability to work to income targets, plans and KPIs
· Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, values-driven mindset
