This permanent full-time gig is your chance to step up as a Retail Store Manager — a role made for impact-driven legends who want their work to matter. You’ll keep our beautiful Croydon Op Shop buzzing, not just with epic finds and bargains, but with purpose — every sale fuels programs that change kids’ lives for real. Your set hours will be four weekdays and Saturdays.
You’ll be working in a community store surrounded by other fashion retailers, and just around the corner from the famous Queen St coffee strip, did someone say coffee? The existing team of staff and Volunteers are a friendly, engaged bunch of people who would love to find a leader who can bring them some retail operations direction, and find new ways to drive income.
What you’ll be doing:
· Lead, coach and inspire volunteers to deliver next level customer service
· Drive sales, hit targets and maximise profits for impact
· Manage volunteer rosters and create a positive, inclusive team culture
· Roll out fun, local marketing promos and campaigns
· Keep the store looking amazing and running smoothly
