At Aspire, we believe there is no health without mental health. We are a mission-driven organization committed to inclusive, community-based care that empowers individuals and breaks down stigma. If you are passionate about innovative mental health services and want to be part of a team that values inclusion, trust, and equitable care, we invite you to apply.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit. About the CCS Program
Our CCS Unit offers a safe, supportive, and home-like setting for individuals in need of immediate, short-term behavioral health care. With eight (8) beds, the unit serves as both an alternative to inpatient hospitalization and a transitional step-down from higher levels of care.
Key program features include:
- 24/7 observation, supervision, and clinical reassessment
- Solution-focused individual counseling and life-skills groups
- Structured therapeutic activities, including communal dinners to foster connection
- Comprehensive medication management
- Strong emphasis on community reintegration and long-term recovery
Location: 460 Quincy Ave, Quincy (relocating to 54 Miller Street, Quincy – Fall 2025)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday (day shift with some on-call responsibilities)
