A great opportunity exists as a Site Manager at our short-term Respite Program! Under the direction of the ACCS/Respite Program Director, the Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a respite site, including but not limited to:

Support clients with higher acuity levels transitioning from acute inpatient or state hospital settings.

Engage with clients daily to assess risks, needs, and connections to services and providers.

Lead mobile caseworkers census management.

Assist caseworkers in writing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, ensuring timely completion and auditing for accuracy.

Frequent review of DMH clinical packets for outreach and site-based clients, identifying risks and determining if further review by the ACCS Program Director is necessary.

Facilitate weekly meetings with DMH, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.

Oversee frequent MAP Medsoft changes, including medication adjustments, and provide support to respite prescribers.

Frequent use of electronic medical record system for documenting client admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with team members. Supervise a multi-disciplinary team, including co-supervision of an RN and independent supervision of mobile caseworkers, Mental Health Workers, and peer specialists.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (required) in Psychology or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the human services field, with a solid understanding of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations.
Driving Requirement: Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and a good driving record for client transportation.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn and utilize electronic health records.

Bilingual skills and/or experience working with multicultural populations is a plus.

Ability to manage staff effectively, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
