Aspire Health Alliance has an opening for a Crisis Clinician for our Site-based team!  Crisis Clinicians have the opportunity to gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults!  Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen by an experienced independently licensed supervisor. 

Flexible schedules are available! (ie 4 10hr Shifts OR 3 12 shifts)

The office-based team of crisis clinicians provides psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families who are at serious risk of harming themselves or others. Our emergency services are available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crisis intervention team evaluates and stabilizes the crisis, and makes referrals to the most appropriate level of care. Psychiatric consultation and medication are available.

Celebrating 100 years of service in 2026, Aspire Health Alliance (Aspire) is a private, non-profit behavioral health agency, providing services for children, teens, and adults experiencing serious emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Our vision is there is no health without mental health. In July 2022, Aspire was designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center by the State of Massachusetts. Aspire has outpatient clinics across the South Shore in Braintree, Quincy, and Marshfield.

We have services across the continuum of care including early intervention services for infants, toddlers, and their families; day treatment, intensive wrap-around services, and residential services. Bringing care to the setting where our clients most need it, we provide child and family services in the home, school, child care center, group residence, and other community settings including working with area police departments. Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience and training in assessing adults, children and families in crisis.
  • Demonstrated ability to join with clients and families in distress and work with them in disposition planning.

Required Experience

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other similar field required.  Degree must be from an accredited university and meet the requirements for independent licensure.   

  • Minimum of one year experience in a Crisis Intervention setting or related field placement in Crisis Intervention setting is highly preferred.
