Aspire Health Alliance has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Program Director (APD) for our outpatient clinic in Braintree! This clinic provides diagnostic evaluations, psychological and neuropsychological testing, psychopharmacology, and individual, group, and family therapy for children, teens, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and substance abuse.
We are looking for an experienced, independently licensed supervisor to become part of our management team! The Assistant Program Director (APD) supports and oversees the operations of the outpatient clinic and DBT team. Other responsibilities include assisting with fiscal management of the program, providing clinical supervision to staff, and contributing to program development and marketing. The salary range for this position is $74k-$88k, depending on experience.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to balance administrative needs with staff concerns
- Ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies
- Must demonstrate an ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the outpatient management team
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Strong presentation and training skills
Required Experience
- 1-3 years of previous clinical and administrative experience managing mental health programs
- Experience with managing and providing clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other mental health discipline
- LICSW or LMHC required
- CANS Certification
