A great career growth opportunity exists for an experienced clinician to take on a leadership role in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program!  The Lead Clinical Recovery Specialist will be responsible for the clinical support and development of the ACCS Clinical Team. Our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Team Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced, independently licensed clinicians. The clinicians in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program work with their supervisors and colleagues to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients. They also lead the development of comprehensive recovery-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients. Opportunity for some hybrid work!

The salary for this position is up to $75K!

Required Skills

  • Must demonstrate the following: Flexibility with schedule, ability to function as a team member in assessing the needs of individuals, the ability to contribute to the development of policies and procedures, creativity and resourcefulness in seeking pathways that will provide support to the program.
  • Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred

 


Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals that have severe and persistent mental illness
  • Familiarity with principles of psychiatric recovery
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to personal vehicle
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • License Required
