Your new opportunity:
An exciting opportunity to work as a Casual Retail Sales Consultant within our Modbury store. Reporting to the Modbury Shop Manager you will provide excellent customer service, sales and inquiry resolution for members, clients, and potential customers.
As an integral member of our team, it will be your responsibility to:
- Provide a high level of personal service for customer enquiries
- Utilising procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members
- Actively greet customers on the shop floor
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of RAA products, systems and processes

We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program. The role will be commencing Monday 24th July which will include 4 weeks full-time training of system and product knowledge.
Hours:
Casual hours however must be available to work Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (Thursday we trade till 7pm) as well as be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturday's from 9-5pm, and Sunday's from 11am- 4pm per month to fulfil our rostering needs.
About you:
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
- A history of providing high quality customer service
- A demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets
- High level of computer skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in Insurance and/or the Travel industry would be an advantage
