Position Overview
Under general supervision, provides direct business support for enterprise applications. Assists in the
analysis, design, integration, adaptation, and testing of new and existing systems applications to support
organizational business objectives. Utilize expertise in business and technical best practices to positively
support and impact current business practices. Troubleshoot applications across different programming
languages and platforms.
Understand and document business processes, workflows and their relationships to current and
future software solutions.
Partner with business organizations to fully surface, document, and present their requirements;
conducting interviews with key project stakeholders.
Assist business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks
of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management.
Defining use cases to articulate new functional software needs and the roles of each class of
application user.
Analyze the impact of change requests.
Support traceability from requirements through to QA; assisting in the definition of test plans, testing
strategies and in the creation of test cases.
Assist in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans.
Create or review manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is
targeted to the appropriate audience
Present concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, role and
accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards.
Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all
approved safety policies, procedures and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a
safe manner
Actively participates in Safety Work Groups
Working Conditions
Work in an office at a normal environmental restoration atmosphere (outdated and/or abandoned facilities or industrial field environments). May also work at off-project sites representing the organization at various types of locations throughout the community for business purposes. Potential exposure to equipment movement hazards, dangerous chemicals/solvents or hazardous and radioactive materials if proper safety procedures are not followed.
Ability to perform sedentary to light work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally (any exertion of force/lifting greater than 45 pounds requires usage of a two person “buddy system”), non-repetitive, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly, repetitive; performing such activities as lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, grasping, kneeling, stooping, reaching.
Ability to perform primary office duties including heavy computer usage.
In some cases, radiological training may be required.

BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology field and 3 years of related
experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience
ranges from 3-6 years.

Grade Level: 12 (Exempt)
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology field and 5 years of related
experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience
ranges from 5-8 years.
