POSITION SUMMARY:
Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Tech III to join our team in our manufacturing facilities for the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must be willing to learn how to analyze prints and schematics of electrical systems.
- The ability to follow verbal direction, training, and procedures.
- Interpret data from electrical diagrams and schematics and complete wiring of electrical systems.
- Familiar with safe and productive use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code is helpful but not required.
- Cut, bend, and install conduit per electrical specifications.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using multimeters to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
- Reaching overhead while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact.
- Pull electric cable and lay it out in cable tray.
- Lift up to 15 pounds above your head often while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact.
- Follow Servtech Safety Procedures and Policies.
- Other duties as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each situation.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
- Three to four years of industrial electrical experience is required.
- A good motor vehicle record is required.
- An associates degree or electrical journeyman certificate or related field is preferred.
- Ability to read prints and schematic drawings is required.
- High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DC experience is required.
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and issues.
- Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with handheld tools and assembling parts.
