POSITION SUMMARY

Method Flow Products, a Roeslein Company, is seeking an Industrial Pipefitter II  to join our team in our manufacturing facilities for the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently and in a team environment. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, hourly and management, in a team environment.
  • Operate mobile equipment within the prescribed safety procedures and policies, including hydro-setup, torque wrench, bore grinder, scissor lift, mobile deck crane, and forklifts.
  • Assemble Piping on welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic prints and other written instructions and/or procedures to assemble equipment and products accurately.
  • Must follow training and company procedures.
  • Install siding and roof panels on structures.
  • Organize all materials and equipment. Must follow good housekeeping practices and pay close attention to detail.
  • Meter tube experience is a plus.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential function of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each situation.  

 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Short-term exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear personal protective equipment in designated areas.   

 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
  •  2-3 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to read prints and other technical documents is required.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Experience with handheld tools (drill, circular saw) and assembling parts is preferred.
  • Must be able to perform job responsibilities at various heights.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude required.
  • Elevated level of energy and motivation.

  • $27.00 - $30.71 per hour.
