POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President - Regional Services is responsible for the Regional Locations, Non-Fabricated Product Sales, and all Operations Services Group. This position oversees the planning and allocation of people, financial performance, and product resources to ensure that projects, Sales and Services are successful. This position also manages external client relationships, including finding and developing growth opportunities with existing clients. This position is responsible and is accountable for the viability of the overall company. This position interacts with all aspects of the business to ensure advancement and growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safety is essential in Method Flow, and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.

- Some practices and operations are prescribed and well-defined; however, this role is accountable for developing ideas that result in the creation of innovative programs, services, or processes, and the improvement of existing programs, services, or processes that impact the department.
- There is broad latitude for decision-making with primary control over reviewed results at completion.
- Pursue project opportunities throughout global market sectors, oil and gas, and renewable natural gas.
- Coordinate efforts with Roeslein management in the development of proposals and securing contracts for business efforts.
- Assist management in understanding customer expectations, achieving gross profit targets, meeting project schedules, and ensuring that Roeslein’s quality standards are achieved.
- Maintain and support existing customer relationships by regularly assessing customer satisfaction with our project performance, and assisting in securing new business, developing new customers, and other marketing activities.
- Act as the main interface with management, accounting, HR, and administrative positions.
- Act as the main interface for financial questions and required KPI and reporting for Roeslein Management.
- Assist management with establishing budgets and goals.
- Work closely with the Roeslein Management Group to turn the sales opportunities developed by this individual into project opportunities, and will assist, prepare, and coordinate the efforts for the proposal in terms of scope, schedule, pricing, and terms.
- Interface with domestic customers in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide recommendations that will directly impact Roeslein’s performance in the securing and execution of projects and business.
- Obtain support from co-workers who will provide expertise in project management, process engineering, and construction in various industries.
- Travel domestically ranging from 10-20% annually.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
- Manages the day-to-day workings and operations of the Regional Locations through coordination with the Regional Managers and Operational Services Group management – 20% of the time.
- It has a fiscal responsibility to meet the internal goals of the business.
- Monitors and evaluates the results of the department to ensure departmental and organizational objectives are met and are aligned with the overall company goals.
- Responsible for business development. – 20% of the time
- Fosters and promotes new opportunities with clients by interfacing with Inside Sales and the Business Development group
- Helps qualify new opportunities
- Responsible for the success of the business being managed as well as contributing to the overall success of the Division – 60% percent of the time
- Attends and contributes to monthly meetings.

- Takes on projects to meet the overall business needs.

- Performs other executive duties as assigned.

- The position supervises the Method Flow Products Services
- This position has management responsibilities and participates in all functions of the business.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed mostly in a controlled atmosphere. Some exposure to harsh conditions for short periods of time is possible.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, use hands, and or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk and hear. Sitting 80%; standing/walking 20%. Occasionally lift and/ or move up to 20 pounds and 40 pounds rarely. The ability to travel by car or plane and overnight stays will occur occasionally.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Oil and Gas (Midstream and Upstream) services and product sales is required.
- General management background in managing the company and financials is required.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
- Excellent organization and planning skills are required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required.
- The ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts is required.
- Computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.
- Requires effective time management skills and change management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of principles and practices within a professional field or recognized body of formal knowledge is required. May develop new policies and procedures.
- The knowledge required to perform this job once learned tends to require infrequent changes, and when changes occur, they tend to be minor.
- Problem solving/thinking skills: Identifiable - Information is clear but further investigation often is required to define problems and proceed. Often requires modifying existing procedures/precedents within established policy.
