POSITION SUMMARY
Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Gas Chromatography Supervisor that specializes in overseeing and managing the use of gas chromatography for various analytical purposes. Method Flow is looking for a leader who wants to perform quality work safely, is detail-oriented, and has superior customer focus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Safety is essential at Method Flow and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
- This position would be responsible for training all new employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties to the organization's standard. This position will also be responsible for developing the team and providing feedback for annual performance evaluations.
- Must be a leader that represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company contracts, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Responsible for the escalation of employee issues and company violations to ensure the employee understands the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- This position will be the point of contact for the team and will respond timely to troubleshoot issues and avoid prolonged delays.
- Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
- This position will be responsible for training all new GC employees in proper day-to-day processes and procedures which include generating field reports, BLM requirements, proper calibration of C6 and C9 calibrations.
- Responsible for ordering parts for machines and maintenance of all machines.
- Must be willing to seek new knowledge of GC practices through training in gas composition and working will all machines in the field.
- Must attend training in Gas Chromatography and apply the information to all MFP GC employees.
- Identify all safety situations and report issues timely.
- Must be able to troubleshoot any situation with complete resolution.
- Responsible for the accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.
- Safely drive to customer locations and perform the required work in a safe and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees as well as customers at all locations.
- Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals.
- All employees who support partner companies are expected to follow the safety and employee conduct policies of the partner company which includes on-call obligations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
- Must have a strong understanding of gas chromatography and its related techniques.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and 21 years of age to drive a Company Truck.
- Three to five years of experience in Oil and Gas is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
- Must meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.
- Experience with hand-held tools and assembling parts
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly is required. Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols.

- $100,000 - $130,000 annually
