About the Role:
Roeslein is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee building construction activities for a new facility project in Golden, CO. This role will serve as the key liaison between building and process construction, ensuring coordination across all trades and subcontractors. This position will manage schedules, communication, and execution to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all building construction activities performed by Roeslein’s subcontractors.
- Oversee and maintain the overall project schedule, ensuring coordination between multiple subcontractors.
- Align the building construction scope with the process construction scope for schedule and scope coordination.
- Lead bi-weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings.
- Review and manage contractor field work orders and change orders.
- Review and approve pay applications, verifying alignment with completed work.
- Manage construction punch lists and ensure timely closeout of project items.
- Serve as the primary communication point for daily and weekly construction updates with the customer team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in the field.
- Experience with general contractors, mechanical contractors, or electrical contractors preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Engineering (Civil or Architectural) preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project timelines.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $92,316 - $115,395 annually
