Evening Clinical Team Manager - MCI
Milford Mobile Crisis Intervention Program
The Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program provides crisis and behavioral health assessment, intervention, and stabilization services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 365 days per year (24/7/365) for individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
The mission of MCI is to respond rapidly, assess effectively, and deliver a course of treatment intended to promote recovery, ensure safety, and stabilize the crisis in a manner that allows the person served to receive medically necessary services in the community, or if medically necessary, in an inpatient or 24-hour diversionary level of care.
In collaboration with other MCI management, the Clinical Team Manager:
- plans, oversees, and participates in the daily operation (including telephone triage, crisis intervention such as evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up, on-site, and in the community) of the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) components of the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing, staff support, and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of care
- provides clinical supervision to designated MCI staff
- assumes evening clinical and administrative on-call duties to MCI/CCS/Respite staff, as well as in a regular 24-hour rotation with other MCI/CCS/Respite management
- acts as a liaison with community providers for continuity of care
Pay Rate:
- $81,782.06/salaried for Unlicensed/LCSW Clinician
- $84,872.11/salaried for Independently Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
- Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm OR 4pm to 12am

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, such as excel required.
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related clinical Human Service discipline (clinical degree that provides path to independent licensure) required.
- Independent Licensure strongly preferred.
- At least three (3) years of clinical experience working within MCI required.
