Seeking a Director of Clinical Training to join our team!
Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) and Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) provide wraparound support through an integrated team of both clinical and peer professionals. The goals of the service include skill and resource development, connection with community and natural supports for successful tenure in the community of the individual’s choice.
The Director of Clinical Training for CLS develops and implements training plans and curricula on evidenced based practices and model specific topics for the CLS division to facilitate a culture of learning and to improve and maintain effectiveness of the team’s service delivery. The method of instruction includes instruction manuals, handouts, didactic, group discussion, leading and debriefing group activities, individual coaching and providing feedback and consultation to participants.
The Director of Clinical Training also delivers trainings/discussions often independently (without co-facilitation) in a variety of settings, or may seek outside assistance as needed and approved by Division Leadership. This may include inviting other non-clinical programs from the CLS division (Clubhouses, Regional Employment Collaboratives) to scheduled trainings that are relevant for all staff in our division.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
- Monday - Friday
Salary: $85,000/year

Required Skills
- Must be available to deliver trainings on an as-needed basis during regular weekday working hours
- Must be comfortable facilitating conversations virtually and in-person
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to utilize PowerPoint presentations, stream video content, and troubleshoot tech challenges in remote training locations
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of Leadership, staff, clients and DMH funders
- Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree required with a clinical background in behavioral health; (LPHA Required)
- Minimum three years’ experience working in community behavioral health setting
