Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Office Manager for our busy, Needham-based Early Intervention program serving children birth to three years old and their families!
In this vital position, the Office Manager will:
- assist the Director and management team in supporting all aspects of the administrative functions required for the efficient and safe operation of the program
- develop and maintain procedures to ensure clinical team members receive administrative support to ensure high-quality care of those served
- oversee the support staff of the EI program site and support the coordination of communications with the administrative offices in Dedham for third party and contract billing
- maintain systems for the accurate and timely management of EICS (Early Intervention Client System) data
- oversee and navigate multiple technology systems concurrently (e.g., scheduling, billing, communication platforms), streamlining workflows and supporting operational efficiency
Schedule: 40 hours, Monday through Friday (hours flexible) in-office during onboarding period; hybrid schedule following initial in-office onboarding period (generally 3 days in-office/2 days remote each week)
Rate: $28.05/hour

Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of comfort with technology and proficiency in systems including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple systems throughout the day
Required Experience
- High School diploma required
- At least one-year supervisory experience in a similar setting
- Three years administrative experience
- Three years' experience in a health setting or related field preferred
- Experience with software programs such as billing or electronic health records preferred
