Salary:
- Bachelor's Degree working towards licensure: $33.16/hour
- Bachelor's Degree with initial licensure: $34.68/hour
- Master's Degree working towards licensure: $35.70/hour
- Master's Degree with licensure: $41.82/hour - $42.84/hour depending on years of experience
Schedule: Relief hours available; Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM with full on-site and in-person programming

Required Skills
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required for local travel
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education with MA educator licensure; Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education with MA special educator licensure preferred
- One year working with children and/or adolescents in an academic setting strongly preferred
- Degree and experience must be in compliance with current program needs to meet DESE staffing requirements
