Senior Clinical Supervisor - PACT
- Partner closely with the Program Director to shape program design, staffing, and service delivery.
- Lead daily team huddles, keep communication flowing, and ensure services meet fidelity to the PACT model.
- Build strong relationships with DMH and community partners.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, recovery-oriented workplace.
- Provide thoughtful, strengths-based clinical supervision—both individual and group.
- Lead performance evaluations, training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee the PACT intern program, including student selection and curriculum coordination.
- Oversee holistic assessments, person-centered planning, and ongoing goal development.
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and community supports.
- Demonstrate and teach evidence-based interventions that empower independence and resiliency.
- Assist in crisis response, de-escalation, and safety planning.
Pay Rate: $83,553.60/salaried
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in budget management, program development, and personnel management required.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate to, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team required.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) and the ability to make effective public presentations.
Required Experience
- Masters degree and independently licensure in a related clinical discipline required.
- A minimum of three years in post Masters practice in community-based mental health programs with adults with adults.
- A minimum of one year supervisory and management capacity required.

Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week, provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation, and to respond to emergency calls as necessary.

Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
