Our residential programs provide a framework from which to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries learn daily living skills, develop meaningful relationships, and gain opportunities from becoming part of their community. Our dedicated staff creates a safe, warm environment and supports the residents in participating in community activities, providing transportation to medical appointments, managing their finances, and much more!
In collaboration with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services, the Site Supervisor I is responsible for the over-all supervision of one home, and for providing residential supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or brain injury.
Comprehensive orientation and training is provided.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 3pm-11pm (40 hours)
Rate: $25.28/hr

Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate to, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
Required Experience
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities required
- Three years related experience including at least and one year in residential services required
