Assistant Program Director - Elliot Clubhouse
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced individual to serve as Assistant Program Director for our Clubhouse community!
Elliot House is a Clubhouse International accredited Clubhouse and plays an active role in the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition. Our Clubhouses offer adults with a history of mental illness a community built on peer support and rehabilitation principles. These recovery-oriented programs help individuals gain employment and build independent living skills. Clubhouse members and staff work together in all phases of clubhouse operations, including business management and food service.
In this important role, the Assistant Program Director:
- provides direction and guidance to clubhouse staff and members to ensure that the program follows all clubhouse standards, DMH guidelines and Riverside Community Care protocols
- functions as a mentor and role model for all staff, offering support, guidance and technical assistance on clubhouse and clinical issues that occur in the program
- acts as an advocate for and provides support to clubhouse members in either Employment Support or Unit Coordination
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25.49

Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to drive program van
Required Experience
- Three to five years clubhouse experience
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree and significant supervisory experience preferred
