Trauma Specialist Clinician - All Ages - Newton Outpatient Center

The Trauma Specialist Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of trauma with a very diverse caseload, providing trauma-informed assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination and consultation.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours
- hybrid in-office and telehealth; schedule TBD with Program Director
Pay Rate:
- Unlicensed Clinician - $61,800.12/salaried
- Independent Licensure - $64,890.17/salaried

Required Skills
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently.
- Moderate to advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing. Experience providing services using video-conferencing platforms preferred.
Required Experience
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required.
- Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
- Certification and/or previous training in evidence-based practices for the treatment of trauma strongly preferred, including but not limited to Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
