Employer Liaison - Part Time, Temporary 6 Month Position
- Leading strategic job development and job placement planning activities across region
- Initiating employer contacts at all levels of organizations
- Developing job leads in numerous industries at all levels of organizations
- Assisting community organizations that participate in the Employment Collaborative with making job placements.
- Presenting information to Corporations, Chambers of Commerce, Employment Associations and other local organizations
- Implementing job search and placement best practices, placement strategies, activities and events to increase employment outcomes
Schedule: Part-time 20 - 25 hours a week with flexible scheduling.
- This is a 6-month, temporary position.
Pay Rate: $26.51/hourly
Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel required within Massachusetts.
- Candidates from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire will be considered.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to make effective public presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a wide range of individuals
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use social media to develop and promote the Collaborative and develop relationships with businesses
- Competent computer fluency (including Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years previous experience in a business setting in a role requiring extensive follow up and communication
- Previous experience in human resources, sales, or marketing/public relations preferred and/or previous experience working in employment services for individuals with disabilities, or related personal experience a plus
