Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Riverside Community Care is hiring a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to become part of our amazing team!

As the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist you will:
- provide a warm reception to visitors at the front desk and provide assistance with their requests
- answer telephone and emails and direct caller to the appropriate individual(s) and/or program
- manage conference room schedules
- coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing)
- maintain common areas and kitchen/office supplies as needed
- provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- data entry in a variety of systems
- perform other administrative duties as assigned
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm with flexibility to cover afternoon shifts 12:30pm - 5pm as needed
Rate: $20.60/hourly

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Required Experience
- High school diploma/G.E.D.
- One year administrative experience in a business setting
