Required Skills
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of DESE regulations including MCAS and PARCC requirements
Required Experience
- Licensure as a Special Education Administrator or a minimum of a Master's Degree in Special Education and a license as a special educator
- Degree and experience must be in compliance with current program needs to meet DESE standards.
- Three years management/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar service setting
- Two years' experience working with youth with social emotional disabilities and families
