Program Director of Behavioral Health Outpatient Services

Independent Licensure Required: LMHC or LICSW

 

Are you a dynamic leader, passionate about behavioral health services? We’re seeking a Program Director to oversee a diverse outpatient center, including TeleCare, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, substance use services, therapy and psychiatry and a specialized contract serving older adults. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and actively participating in daily operations to ensure quality care, appropriate staffing, and staff support. You’ll also play a key role in collaborating across the service system to enhance continuity of care for consumers. Lynnfield Outpatient

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Program Director of Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. Our Outpatient Counseling services cater to children and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. By offering both in-person and telehealth appointments, we ensure flexible, accessible care that integrates therapy and medication management to help achieve personal recovery goals.

 

Schedule: 40-hour full time. with the option of fully in-person or hybrid-days to be determined.

 

Pay Rate: $87,550/salaried

Required Experience

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and independent clinical licensure required.
  • Two years management/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting required.
  • Five years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting required. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
