Maintenance Specialist III
Great full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team!
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- carpentry with the ability to read plans and frame out a build
- kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- electrical
- hvac and plumbing
- desire to learn about code compliance
In this position, you will assist with:
- ongoing repairs/maintenance at programs
- program and individual moves
- landscaping and snow removal as necessary
- review site conditions and report to Facilities Manager
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate: $30.90/hour

Required Skills
- Minimum of six years related and unsupervised experience required
- Must have a valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
- General working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades required; Oil and gas burner experience a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills and basic computer skills
