Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Program Director for our amazing Life Skills Center!

The Life Skills Program is a highly structured and group-based supportive therapeutic program for adolescents, ages 12-18 years, that are presenting with major mental illness and who are experiencing disruptions in their home, school, or community.

The Program Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Life Skills Center, including staff management, supervision, budget management, assignment of cases, program duties, clinical responsibility, managing referrals, payer relations, overseeing service coordination and monitoring service statistics for required reports.

This is a great opportunity to develop and manage this DMH funded program while also gaining the support to continue your own professional and personal growth.

Required Skills

  • Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

 


Required Experience

  • Master's Degree
  • Independent Licensure required
  • Management/supervisory or administrative experience in a behavioral health/human services similar service setting
  • Two years' experience working with youth with emotional disabilities and families
