The role is ultimately responsible for the timely & accurate satisfaction of project milestones according to management expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Coordinate with operations & finance management and any external parties needed to review and change resource priorities to meet time, cost and quality outcomes.
• The project manager role will work with 3rd party consultants, operations & finance personnel to coordinate the planned activity and resource requirements across the design, training, and implementation phases of the rollout across the organization’s business locations.
• Full life cycle ERP experience in a manufacturing environment with specific understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, shop floor, commercial and finance processes and operations
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of ERP systems general architecture.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations.
• Ability to successfully plan, manage and communicate the progress of each project.
• Track record of achieving milestones and maintaining momentum.
• Ability to facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks.
• Establish and maintain corporate accounting policies.
• Project management lead for new acquisitions and system implementations such as NetSuite, Abacus, corporate credit card administration, fixed assets, merchant processing via Cybersource
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Strong project management experience including a significant portfolio of full lifecycle ERP solution or comparable software delivery implementations.
• Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment)
• Strong NetSuite ERP or similar cloud-based software package implementation and delivery experience.
• Integration or mapping between NetSuite and the following: SalesForce, payroll systems, Avalara, Hyperion, bank feed, Netgain NetAsset fixed asset management tool.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including via phone and video conferencing.
• Tax compliance and corporate governance focal.
• Understanding of contracts and ability to analyze leases in accordance with ASC 842 using Trullion system.
• Ability to manage and maintain fixed asset software, NetGain / Net Asset.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE   

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS   

• PMP certification a preferred.
