Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Business Technology Team in Louisville, KY. 

Position Overview:
This position supports the Business Technology team’s mission to provide World Class service to our internal and external customers. Reporting to the IT Operations Senior Manager, this position will lead in supporting and transforming the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. The position will be responsible for systems administration in a hybrid (AWS and on-site) environment as well as tier two desktop support.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Essential Functions:
•  Perform day-to-day break/fix resolution in a Microsoft server and desktop environment by responding to service
   desk tickets within a defined SLA period.
•  Coordinate with third party vendors on issue escalation, maintenance planning and scheduling, and projects.
•  Work with Business Technology team, departmental leadership, and technology-related functional committees to 
   identify and participate in cross-functional project efforts.
•  Enhance RSCS cyber security landscape by researching and recommending technology that enhances security 
   posture, and work with third party vendors for ongoing administration and escalation of events.
•  Identify issues and generate actionable recommendations using critical thinking.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
•  Bachelor’s degree/Certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
•  Experience administering enterprise IT operations supporting multiple technology platforms in a complex on-site
   and hybrid cloud data center environments l (2+ years)
•  Experience in Service Management utilizing ITIL compliant tools (ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
•  Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure/M365, Oracle, HyperV, Ninja, and Cisco tools, Meraki, Cohesity, Cisco 
   Umbrella, Tenable, Bomgar or similar technologies
•  Strong incident, change, problem, and knowledge management skills. 
•  Strong interpersonal skills; written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide 
   excellent end-user support to on-site and remote workers; critical thinking and analytical skills.
•  Ability to operate independently.
•  Knowledge and operational understanding of applicable privacy and security practices and laws
•  Strong Microsoft office skills required, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•  Must be flexible, adapt to changing priorities with organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
   deadlines.
•  Data Center: Experience with both on-site and cloud data center operations: Knowledge of cloud concepts and
   technologies; ability to design, develop, support, and manage cloud computing products.
•  Hardware Infrastructure: Windows Server2019 and 2022 Operating Systems, Windows 11 desktop Operating Systems,
   and HyperV.
•  Network Administration: Experience administering wired and wireless networks. Ability to utilize and manage 
   network utilities and technologies for planning, designing, and operating wired and wireless networks. 
   Experience with Cisco routers and switches, Meraki, Firepower, and ASA a plus.
•  Systems Software: Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction. Strong knowledge of M365
   tenant management, including Intune. Experience managing backup solutions such as Cohesity or equivalent. 
   Experience managing Windows EC2 instances in AWS, and AWS management experience a plus.
•  Security: Strong knowledge of cyber/security utilities, patch management, monitoring, physical security,
   encryption, vulnerability management, working with internal and third-party MSPs
