Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Planner to join the Transformation team.
Position Overview:
This position is a part of the RSCS Transformation team that supports the integration of RSCS supply chain transformation progress across all RSCS brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, A&W, and Habit Burger & Grill)
This person will support detailed project planning and product supply planning associated with Transformation projects. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

This role is accountable for the strategic planning and seamless execution of new distribution nodes within the network. This role reports to the Senior Program Manager, Transformation.
Essential Functions:
Project Management (50%)
• Demonstrate the ability to translate discussions and meeting outcomes into actionable steps within project
plans, supporting Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project plans for Transformation Initiatives using the Monday.com platform.
• Design productivity solutions within Monday.com, including automated reporting tools to track project status
and milestones.
• Prepare clear, concise, and informative project status updates for leadership review.
Planning (50%)
• Develop initial forecasts and readiness trackers to support onboarding new distribution partners, ensuring
uninterrupted supply of all required items until the new center is fully operational and stabilized.
• Maintain accuracy of all critical planning data, including primary and secondary suppliers, lead times, order
quantities, and forecasts.
• Assure supply during Distribution Transitions across core and promotional items through meticulous supply
planning:
o Collaborate with suppliers, distributors and redistributors, internal procurement team, and concept hub teams
to ensure consensus understanding, preparedness, and execution.
o Maximize supply flexibility while minimizing cost implications and risk of obsolescence; ensuring the right
products/ingredients are in the right location and at the right time.
o Monitor and account for capacity utilization; mitigate risk of product expiration; maintain network inventory
targets; resolve fulfillment plan inaccuracies.
• Provide timely and regular updates to Leadership and Brand teams.
• Identify near- and long-term core supply capacity risks; evaluate demand and supply scenarios, develop
contingencies, and execute mitigation efforts.
• Quickly address issues that arise during the transition related to product supply by working cross functionally
with Centralized Planning, Distribution, Freight and Logistics and Procurement resources
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Education, Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain or Supply Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Business experience, including two or more years of experience in one of the
following areas: Supply or Demand Planning, Sales & Operations, Program Management, Project Management,
Procurement, and/or Distribution Operations.
• Prefer APICS CPIM certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ISM CPSM certification.
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and attention-to-detail.

• Strong understanding of the supply chain processes including manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerBI (extremely comfortable modeling, analyzing, and manipulating
data), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Blue Yonder, ArrowStream Central, and Monday.com is preferred.
