Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Transformation team.
Position Overview:
This position is a part of the RSCS Transformation team that supports the integration of RSCS supply chain transformation progress across all RSCS brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, A&W, and Habit Burger & Grill)
This person will engage with a cross-functional team collaboration to bring new Supply Chain Solutions to market and ensure that all proper communication and change management best practices are followed.
To be successful in this role, a Senior Program Manager needs to develop deep RSCS Hub Team wiring, and Key Brand relationships that can effectively keep teams informed and prepared for upcoming supply chain changes related to transformation projects.
This role will report to the Director, Transformation. Hybrid position - 3 days in the office 2 days remote

Essential Functions:
Change Management and Communication (70%)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure Transformation messaging is clear and concise.
Ensure all stakeholders understand the WHY behind all changes.
• Able to establish communication processes that are effective and tailored to the audience.
• Assess stakeholder readiness and develop plans to address gaps, ensuring buy-in and adoption at all levels.
• Assess and address resistance by identifying risks and creating mitigation strategies.
• Establish feedback mechanisms so team members can ask questions, share concerns, and provide input. Use
surveys, Q&A sessions, and open forums to maintain dialogue.
• Monitor and measure communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and adoption rates.
• Lead training and development efforts to equip employees and leadership with the tools and knowledge needed to
embrace changes effectively
Collaborate with program managers from all brands to identify, quantify, and document the supply chain demand for item transitions, LTO’s and new items, to ensure a robust supply plan is in place as physical Supply Chain Transitions take place.
Build Proactive solutions, in partnership with Brands, to address the nuances and uniqueness of each Restaurant Concept.
Project Management (30%)
• Develop deep brand leadership relationships to keep teams informed, prepared, and on board with upcoming
changes.
• Collaboration Cross-functionally to bring new supply chain solutions to market, ensuring proper communication
and change management best practices are followed.
• Continuously improve and optimize processes and tools that keep organization and stakeholder engagement high as
ongoing priorities
• Document and socialize key learnings and best practices to support future strategic planning and continuous
improvement.
Special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.
Education, Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain or Supply Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of Business experience, in one of the following areas: Project Management, Program
Management, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations. Prefer master’s degree in supply chain management.
• Prefer experience with complex projects.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Project Management, Program Management, Supply Chain
Planning, or Operations.
• Prefer Project Management Professional (PM), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), APICS CPIM
certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and/or ISM CPSM certification.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Advanced Excel knowledge, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ArrowStream Central, PowerBI, and Monday.com is preferred.
