Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op is currently seeking a Senior Brand Programs Specialist to join the Customer Support Team.
Overview of the Position
The Senior Brand Programs Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of national rollouts and corporate tests for Yum! Brands. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Support and working closely with the Brand Concept team, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, this role ensures programs are delivered on time, in full, and with operational excellence.
This position combines project coordination, data validation, and stakeholder engagement to drive seamless program execution. Initially, this role will actively participate in creating quotes and orders, serving as direct contact for the customers, and completing any other day-to-day tasks that are essential to monitoring order fulfillment and mitigating risks to program timelines. By leveraging tools such as Excel, Access, and ERP systems, the Senior Brand Programs Specialist contributes to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Over time, it is desired that this role grows into a Brand Programs Lead, providing the potential to lead others and becoming the escalation point for the day-to-day operations of programs.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication is key. This position will be speaking with contacts that range from executive level to employees in restaurants. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results that support brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Program Execution and Stakeholder Collaboration
Support end-to-end execution of national rollouts and corporate tests for Yum! Brands by coordinating with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and brand partners.
Deliver accurate and timely quotes and orders using Excel and Access databases, ensuring alignment with rollout and installation schedules.
Collaborate with stakeholders and customers directly to validate orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely responses to program needs.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, contributing to corrective actions that maintain program timelines and quality.
Project Monitoring and Reporting
Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint) to track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Analyze large reports or data sets repetitively using Excel and Access to monitor program health and identify trends or bottlenecks.
Provide real-time shipping and status updates to customers and stakeholders using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite).
Performance and Issue Resolution
Participate in and lead meetings with suppliers and brand teams to communicate program status, resolve escalations, and ensure service excellence.
Respond to customer inquiries and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all projects are completed on time and in full.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.
Contributes to the development of the best practices and knowledge-sharing across the Brand Concept team.
Team Engagement and Values Alignment
Actively participate and lead in program management meetings and team initiatives.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
Minimum of two to five years of experience in project management, order fulfillment, or supplier coordination, preferably in a cross-functional or customer-facing environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions using tools like Microsoft Excel and Access.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Experience leading or mentoring team members or direct reports.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and knowledge management platforms.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Prefer prior experience in the restaurant industry, retail operations, or equipment supply chain.
