RR Donnelley Greensboro is a leading commercial printing and packaging company in North America, producing educational products, publications, and sales materials for the healthcare industry and general commercial print for many other industries, as well as collectible trading cards associated with the entertainment and sports industries.
We are seeking an experienced Bobst Sheetfed Die Cutter Operator to join the RR Donnelley team in beautiful Greensboro, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Bobst Sheetfed Die Cutting machines, ensuring the production of high-quality printed packaging materials.

Required Skills
- Set up, operate and maintain Bobst Sheetfed Die Cutting machines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials, change dies, and make necessary adjustments to the machines.
- Ensure that all materials meet customer specifications, including size, registration, creasing quality and other die-cut specifications.
- Monitor production output and take corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, including press operators and supervisors.
- Stay current on industry trends, new technology and best practices.
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience as a Bobst Sheetfed Die Cutter Operator.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with die-cut machines.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to make minor die repairs when needed.
