Summary
Radwell International LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our order fulfillment and warehouse operations team in Glendale, AZ. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, processing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order information before shipment
• Pack and prepare outbound orders according to company standards
• Receive and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory control activities including cycle counts and inventory audits
• Utilize warehouse systems and scanning equipment to track inventory movement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
• Follow established quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to meet operational goals
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Perform additional duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered

Physical Requirements
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting
• Continuous repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds
• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
• Ability to safely move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods

Compensation
The recruiting base pay range for this full-time position is $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Environment
This position operates within a warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with inventory, shipping materials, warehouse equipment, and order fulfillment systems. Employees are required to follow all company safety policies and procedures. Company-provided Radwear and identification badges must be worn as directed. Closed-toe, hard-soled footwear is required, and safety shoes are recommended. Team members are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting daily operational objectives.
