JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking incoming repair, warranty, and inventory items using a Customer Relationship Management system and other internal software. This position performs detailed inspections of incoming and outgoing units, ensures accurate documentation, and verifies proper handling prior to shipment. The role also supports order fulfillment by picking, invoicing, packaging, and delivering orders to the shipping department in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer and production requirements.
COMEPNSATION
$23.00 per hour plus benefits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for supporting daily receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. The incumbent must be able to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis as part of normal job duties. Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing orders, maintaining accurate records, supporting production and shipping activities, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required to support departmental and company needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders using the Customer Relationship Management system and Spectrum software to ensure proper processing and documentation.
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming units, including confirming part numbers, serial numbers, firmware versions, and series information, and accurately record all required data.
- Receive, land, and break down all incoming shipments, ensuring packages are properly sorted and routed to the correct department or inventory location.
- Manage incoming deliveries, including unloading, verifying shipment contents, and coordinating proper storage or distribution.
- Process repair, returns, and small parts transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities and condition, and store materials in the appropriate warehouse or production locations.
- Generate pick tickets, and other required documentation to support production and order fulfillment activities.
- Invoice, close, and complete orders in the system once all required steps have been verified.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
- Organize and maintain the receiving, warehouse, and production support areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Dispose of daily garbage and recycling in accordance with company procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with production staff, sales personnel, accounting, and management regarding order status, discrepancies, or inventory concerns.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards while performing assigned duties.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management to support production, warehouse, and receiving operations.

METRICS & MEASUREMENT
· Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
· Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard.
· Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.
· Units “received” (daily average).
· Additional measurements to be added as necessary.
Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- General knowledge of Windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with regular interaction and coordination with staff across multiple departments.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to learn and effectively use internal systems and other inventory management software.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, swing reach, and other material handling equipment, or the ability to become certified as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively self-manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to monitor daily reports, order queues, and system activity to ensure production goals are met and required items are processed and shipped on time.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in orders, inventory, and documentation.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize issues and communicate them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with production staff, sales teams, management, and other departments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures is preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle packages, materials, and equipment as required in a warehouse or production environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring quality and accuracy of work.
