Position Overview
Radwell International LLC is seeking a motivated Technical Apprentice for an entry‑level, full‑time position designed to train into an Electronic Repair Technician within a 12‑month timeframe. This structured program provides hands-on training in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial controls including PCBs, timers, counters, PLCs, drives, monitors, and temperature/process controls. The apprentice will learn to use specialized test equipment, read wiring diagrams, and support production workflow.

Key Responsibilities
• Learn and understand each step in the production and repair process
• Observe and apply a wide range of technical skills under experienced technicians
• Work independently or with a team as skills progress
• Follow Health & Safety requirements in the workshop
• Maintain test equipment and work areas
• Develop soldering and troubleshooting skills
• Assist multiple positions within the production department
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated understanding of processes, troubleshooting, testing, and soldering
• Ability to complete assignments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain neatness and high-quality output

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills
• Strong desire to learn in a technical environment
• Logical problem-solving ability
• Ability to learn quickly
• High attention to detail

Physical Requirements
• Occasional reaching, kneeling, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs continuously
