Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Radwell International is seeking a skilled and analytical Demand Planning Analyst to support and enhance our global forecasting and inventory planning processes. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in supply chain or data analytics, who can interpret complex data sets, contribute to forecast accuracy, and support decision-making across the business.
As part of the Procurement team, the Demand Planning Analyst will develop and maintain data models, analyze demand trends, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance and purchasing teams to drive supply chain efficiency and product availability. This is a high-visibility role that plays a key part in balancing customer needs with working capital targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Forecasting & Demand Analysis
- Build, update, and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales data, trends, and statistical methods.
- Analyze patterns in customer behavior, seasonality, and promotional impact to refine forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to incorporate business intelligence into planning models.
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards tracking forecast performance (e.g., MAPE, bias), fill rate, and inventory health.
- Conduct root cause analysis of forecast variances, stockouts, and excess inventory to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support inventory and procurement decisions.
3. System & Process Optimization
- Maintain planning system parameters (e.g., reorder points, safety stock levels) in alignment with business rules and forecasting logic.
- Support planning tool implementation, enhancements, and data validation activities.
- Monitor master data integrity and escalate discrepancies or system limitations proactively.
4. Cross-Functional Communication
- Partner with sales, operations, and procurement teams to gather forecast inputs and validate assumptions.
- Ensure planning adjustments (e.g., product lifecycle changes, demand shifts) are reflected in the system in a timely manner.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to forecasting processes, tools, and data flows.
- Participate in supply chain projects that improve visibility, responsiveness, and service levels.
- Stay current with industry best practices in demand planning and supply chain analytics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or data analysis in a business environment. Experience in distribution, industrial automation, or aftermarket sectors is a plus.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts; Power BI or Databricks experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of forecasting principles, inventory planning concepts, and statistical modeling.
- Working knowledge of ERP or planning systems (e.g., Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey analytical insights clearly.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

SALARY RANGE INFORMATION
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
SALARY RANGE
$75K-$90K, plus 5% bonus
