Role Purpose
Radwell is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Paralegal to join Radwell’s Legal and Compliance team. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that Radwell’s Legal and Compliance Department is providing exceptional and timely commercial and compliance support and enablement to our global teams in an evolving and growing company. A successful candidate will be a collaborator, project manager, and self-starter able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
As Senior Paralegal, you’ll work with multiple teams including the Commercial team, Finance, IT, Real Estate, Product, and HR teams to provide exceptional and timely in-house legal services and support. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and commercial transactions who strives to provide practical and solutions-oriented guidance to our business partners, and effectively assist with identifying potential risks. This team member will be able to manage workloads, and prioritize multiple corporate demands. This position reports to Radwell’s General Counsel and will be located in our Downers Grove, IL office location. Occasional travel may be required.
Primary Responsibilities
Radwell seeks a self-starting and knowledgeable Senior Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team. Reporting to the Radwell General Counsel, this role will support staff in Radwell’s global locations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting commercial contracting and compliance matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Commercial contract support and project management of Radwell’s Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Contract support for a wide range of matters including master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, and other vendor agreements.
- Assisting in the development of the legal function and paralegal role to support the Company’s strategic goals
- Helping the Legal Department stay agile by updating contract templates, drafting transaction documents (such as amendments), and assisting with review of supplier contracts for technology products and services.
- Management of nondisclosure agreements and terms and conditions company wide, ensuring adherence to legal and finance guidelines.
- Administration of the corporate subsidiary management process in the U.S. and internationally, in coordination with outside counsel as applicable, including maintaining current lists of officers and directors; ensuring timely filings of annual reports in states where legally required for each subsidiary; managing qualifications/registrations to do business, and withdrawals; working with business teams on “DBA” filings where required for a subsidiary; and coordinating the apostilling and authentication of documents.
- Enhancing and maintaining internal legal guidelines, such as process outlines, contracting and signature policies, and template libraries.
- Assisting with responses to due diligence, UBO, and KYC/AML requests.
- Assisting in tracking litigation matters and compiling periodic litigation reports.
- Assisting in research activities, and initial drafting of responses to legal inquiries and demands.
- Monitoring intellectual property renewals, including assisting with responding to requests from outside patent and trademark counsel, and maintain all related documents.
- Processing reports and bills from vendors, obtaining necessary approvals and sending for payment
- Other general assistance to the Legal Department.
Essential Skills
- Proven track record of maintaining a keen attention to detail while executing in a fast-paced, international, and growing corporate environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Teams, Office and Excel), with familiarity and expertise in Salesforce, CLMs and DocuSign.
- Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple business partner demands, and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong desire to learn the business and about our products, services and platforms, and new areas of law.
- Able to operate autonomously while also being a team player who brings a positive “can do” attitude to the workplace and embraces working collaboratively with other members of the Legal team and with internal corporate clients.
- Ability to work independently and escalate queries only on an as-needed basis.
- Energy and enthusiasm around helping develop the legal function and paralegal role to support the Company’s strategic goals
Education and Minimum Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate and equivalent work experience required.
- Individuals coming from an in-house background, including distribution and/or manufacturing, are preferred.
- Experience at a company with international operations is considered a strong plus.

Salery Range Information
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and addtitional dactors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant eduucation or training.
Salary Range
$90k-105k
